Trading in Niches

Apparently, there are some people who have been making money buying and selling columbarium niches.

The price of a niche can range from $500 in government-run columbarium, to almost $30,000 for a double-urn choice location niche in a private columbarium.

Those choice units with limited supplies have gone up in prices after they were sold out.

There are also agents who earn commissions from selling niches, just like property agents.

But not all buyers are niches are speculators. The bulk of buyers buy them in order to secure a good location as well as price for themselves.

I wonder what else people can think of in order to make money….

They are staying for good but not for long because the commission agents will try to create interest and business by baiting the owners..eg… the agents will tell the owners…since the price is good why not take profit and wait for market to dip to buy another one at lower price. (heard of this)

The insurance agents are good at this…no need new products. .It goes like this…..cash out the old one and buy a new one , lor. ..like that you can get better one, lor and pay for limited term and be insured for life, hor.
