Are You Happy With Your Quality of Life?

As today is the eve of Chinese New Year, thought I will take a break from investments and do something different.

I read in yesterday’s newspaper that over 90% of Singaporeans are happy with their quality of life. 2013 people were polled in this survey.

Thought it will be fun to repeat the survey here and see what are the kind of results we get.

Actually, when designing the survey, I realised the results can be presented quite differently depending on how I set the question and answers.

Example 1:

Qn : Are you satisfied with your life?

1) Very satisfied

2) Satisfied

3) Not satisfied

Example 2:

Qn : Are you satisfied with your life?

1) Most satisfied

2) Least satisfied

Obviously, if I design the survey using the first method and classify response 1 and 2 as “satisfied”, then there is a natural bias to get more results towards “satisfied”. 😀

In the ST survey, there were a number of questions asked. I’m not going to ask all the questions but just want to get your opinion to one question.

Submit your response and let me know what you think! All replies will be kept 100% anonymous and confidential.

If you can’t see the form, you can also click on this link.

Lastly, I would like to wish all my regular readers here a prosperous Chinese New Year!
CNY-greetings

I am not sure how any Singaporean with children can feel any happiness now.
Their future seems so dark.
