    Hi Haran,

There is no need to. As long as the share appears in your CDP, you can sell it from any brokerage account that is linked to your CDP.

    Hi GG,

Since the shares start trading on Monday, you should know by then. Best way is to check your CDP account with online access.

        Hi Allesgute,

Refund is usually done once so that means you probably get the other half allocated. Monday morning you should be able to see your CDP.

Are you subscribing to it? What’s your take?

I don’t have time to really analyse the 500+ page prospectus, so will not be holding any GLP as a long term investment.

does one really have to go through the 500+ prospectus. the name SIA isn’t strong enough a pull to subscribe? I don’t have the patience to read thru the prospectus

You don’t have to but investing without knowing what you are buying into is pure speculation.

      Hi Nic,

If you login to DBS internet banking, there is a part on investment services and electronic securities application (ESA).

For ATM, you just have to navigate the different options. Shouldn’t be too difficult to find.

is it possible to use srs to subscribe to such ipo?

Reply

    Hi Brian,

Generally, SRS cannot be used for IPO.

For this particular IPO, it is cash and CPF OA only.

    Hi la,

    The ATM machines should work.

If you have DBS internet banking, it’s there as well.

      hi!

Thanks for your advise! I was able to purchase the shares and I am now ready to encash them….

🙂 Issue is when I try to do withdraw it, it does not show up in my trading account.. For share sales can I do this online as well?

you are really helpful. thanks a ton!

        Dear LA,

As long as it appears in your CDP account, you will be able to sell from your brokerage firm if it has a direct linkage to your CDP. The portfolio that appears in your trading account will only reflect those shares that you bought through them.
