NOL Rights Results

At the close of the NOL Rights Issue, applications for a total of 1,154,802,042 Rights Shares representing 104.5% of the total number of Rights Shares offered were received.

31,328,900 Rights Shares (2.8%) which were not taken up will be used to satisfy excess Rights application of 80,995,894.

The Rights Shares will be listed and start trading on the main board with effect from or about 17 July 2009 at 9am.

Hi, I am glad you would clear some of my doubts
For normal circumstances will it be a good sign if a company issue Rights? By paying the extra Rights what beneficial will the share holder has? Is it possible the share holder ignore the rights? Thanks!
