this can be created under active managed ETF, sooner or later, ETF will start to charge performance fee 🙂

“But not all buyers are niches are speculators. The bulk of buyers buy them in order to secure a good location as well as price for themselves.”
They are staying for good but not for long because the commission agents will try to create interest and business by baiting the owners..eg… the agents will tell the owners…since the price is good why not take profit and wait for market to dip to buy another one at lower price. (heard of this)

The insurance agents are good at this…no need new products. .It goes like this…..cash out the old one and buy a new one , lor. ..like that you can get better one, lor and pay for limited term and be insured for life, hor.
