Townhall for Investors of Hyflux Notes
SIAS will be organizing a Townhall session for investors of Hyflux Notes:
- S$100,000,000 4.25% notes due 2018
- S$65,000,000 4.6% notes due 2019
- S$100,000,000 4.2% notes due 2019
SIAS and its advisor FTI Consulting & Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, will be present at this Hyflux Townhall session. Notes holders are welcome to provide feedback on Hyflux’s restructuring plan during the session.
If you are an investor of Hyflux Notes, you are encouraged to attend this Townhall session.
Pre-registration is compulsory and you will be required to upload proof of holdings during registration (not required for those who have verified with SIAS previously).
